The Samsung SPH-M320 has a slim, intuitive design with ergonomic controls. It offers Bluetooth, voice dialing, and good photo quality. Its display has a lower-resolution which is a little disappointing. Also, there was some static during calls. Overall, the Samsung SPH-M320 has a decent camera and nice design, but its call quality could be just a bit better. Available now for free on the Sprint network after a $50 rebate.
Specifications:
Band / mode: CDMA2000 1X 1900/800; Talk time: Up to 264 min; Combined with: With digital camera

Sprint has officially unveiled a new CDMA handset – Motorola V950 Renegade with QChat. As the majority of the recent Motorola models the V950 is dressed up in a clam-shell form. What’s different is that this phone features a protected style and aggressive design. The music control buttons below the large external display are a clear sign of the phone being used for music playback, so the base package is expected to include a memory card.

The Airave is a femtocell that is being offered by Sprint and its technology partner Samsung. The basic idea is to improve cellular coverage in your home or office. Basic tests show that cell coverage increases considerably where there was weak coverage to start. The device covers an area of 5000 sqft. so it’s great for most homes that don’t get great reception.

We’re entering a new era where our options are not just post paid plans. Metro PCS and Boost Mobile offer people unlimited minutes with no contract or obligations. The two systems launched in Southern California in or around August of 2007 and now after around 6 months of selling both products I can give you my customers feedback.

The Palm Centro for Sprint is more of a consumer- oriented smartphone that packs all the features of a Treo into a smaller, lighter package.
From what I hear, this phone was not meant to be the Treo or to even replace it. This is for those who want either an entry level smart phone, or for those who want a nice smaller phone that works great. Phone runs $399 without a contract and $99 with a contract agreement. Amazon has it for $79 with a contract agreement purchased through them (after a $50 rebate). Comes in onyx and red.

Sprint’s new LG Rumor phone looks a lot like an upgrade to the LG enV but with a more favorable screen and interface (nothing special though). The slide-out qwerty keys are easy to use but the phone cant keep up with a mediocre text speed. So i can see those teen texters getting frustrated. The pros of the phone are its solid build quality, colorful screen and GPS that was surprisingly good for such a small, inexpensive phone. The cons were the lack of some calling features like voice dialing, etc., slow keyboard typing speed, poor web browser, lack of 3g services and no advanced multimedia features. The good thing is it has a great speakerphone and good value, the Rumor is only $50 with a contract agreement.

The S1 comes with all the goodies: Bluetooth that supports dial-up networking, speaker phone, uses microUSB for charging and loading, and 1xRTT data. This phone will be available in Sprint stores in January.
