In an effort to keep their subscribers, AOL has released a new software application for smartphones called AOL MyMobile Beta. The software is compatible with most popular Windows Mobile devices. It allows you to have access services like AIM, AOL Mail, Mapquest, AOL Pictures, AOL Cityguide, Moviefone, your AOL contacts, and the weather. {ChipChick}

Nokia N96 was revealed today at the 2008 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. The N96 is the most feature packed smartphone announced to date. Following in the footsteps of the N95 in terms of basic form factor, the N96 adds a pair of gaming keys to the multimedia cluster and an extra slide panel that can be used for N-Gage games.
The phone boasts a 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and a Carl Zeiss lenses which is accompanied by a dual LED flash that also doubles as a video recording light.

T-Mobile announced today that they are the first operator in the UK to launch TeleNav GPS Navigator, the GPS satnav system for mobile phones. The service is going to be immediately available on a variety of BlackBerry smartphones on T-Mobile. The service will include GPS-enabled, turn-by-turn voice and on-screen driving directions, addresses and directions to businesses and community locations, and also cool full-color, 3D moving maps.
