AT&T and Sierra Wireless announced a month ago the release of the AT&T USBConnect 881, a new wireless USB data device that is the first to have AT&T Communication Manager software pre-loaded. The AT&T USBConnect 881 automatically installs AT&T Communication Manager when first used with Microsoft Windows Vista, XP and 2000 notebooks1. This eliminates the need for an installation CD to provide a plug-and-play experience for most users.

The Helio phone is very small and defiantly stylish, loaded with some of the best features like 2.2′ screen (320×240), 2.0 mega pixel camera and 3G capabilities. Expect it to come decked out with a 262k color QVGA display, “semi-auto” bi-directional swinging hinge, MicroSD, 70MB of flash memory, stereo speakers, and, of course, EV-DO. All in all I hear it’s a cool phone except for some software issues pointed out by PC Mag. $250

The phone’s full touchscreen gives it unparalleled usability and a top download speed of HSDPA 3.6 Mbps enables to an enriched internet experience.
As a product completed with LG Mobile’s intensive know-how on the mobile phone, LG-KS20 received an overwhelmingly favorable response from the press and the parties concerned, by winning ‘Choice Product’ for ‘Product Highlight’ at ‘IFA 2007’ held in Berlin, Germany from last Aug. 31 through Sep. 5.

The Palm Centro for Sprint is more of a consumer- oriented smartphone that packs all the features of a Treo into a smaller, lighter package.
From what I hear, this phone was not meant to be the Treo or to even replace it. This is for those who want either an entry level smart phone, or for those who want a nice smaller phone that works great. Phone runs $399 without a contract and $99 with a contract agreement. Amazon has it for $79 with a contract agreement purchased through them (after a $50 rebate). Comes in onyx and red.

From a drivers piont of view, the Nokia 6110 Navigator is probably the most useful phone to have. This driving companion has smartphone features and combined with the GPS navigation is all you need. The 6110 has an excellent display and great picture quality. The UI is easy to use so you can focus on the road and not your phone (be wise when driving anyways).
The Phone doesn’t have many weaknesses besides having to purchase detailed maps if you want them. Oh yeah, I hear it has a short battery life so keep a charger in the car in case you need it. $350 Euro (roughly $510 USD)
