Nokia N96 revealed at the 2008 Mobile World Congress

Nokia N96 was revealed today at the 2008 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain. The N96 is the most feature packed smartphone announced to date. Following in the footsteps of the N95 in terms of basic form factor, the N96 adds a pair of gaming keys to the multimedia cluster and an extra slide panel that can be used for N-Gage games.
The phone boasts a 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus and a Carl Zeiss lenses which is accompanied by a dual LED flash that also doubles as a video recording light.

When you turn this baby on you’ll find it running on the Symbian S60 3rd Edition operating system, with Feature Pack 2. Feature Pack 2 comes with “Usability enhancements supporting ease of use in messaging, multitasking, downloading…etc. Feature Pack 2 also enables instant media playback during downloading and animated notification of inbound calls.” (Symbian.com)
