I started out with the unique enV then moved to the enV2. I skipped the enV3 and went instantly to the enV Touch. Great phone. I call it the smartest of the dumb telephone to my son who has a Droid.

Bought an Env Contact and I used to be trying to see about firmware upgrades. Running XP and telephone does not wish to sync with computer. Purchased a reminiscence card and started to pull and drop. Firmware is ver 5. No problems aside from the sync problem. Considered bitpim. Not a problem since drag and drop does the job. Fairly certain you may drag and drop you would not use bitpim for.
