Boost Mobile has just released the Motorola KRZR, the third motorola to be release on the Boost Unlimited plan. The new phone adds some refreshing features to the existing lackluster lineup. It features a 1.3 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, built-in GPS receiver, Bluetooth, and a microSD memory slot. Some of the Motorola KRZR’s pre-installed software includes universal IM client (AOL, Yahoo! and MSN), web browser, email client and audio player. This phone comes with a heafty price of $249.99.

Motorola RIZR Z6c World Edition

The Motorola RIZR Z6c World Edition released on Verizon Wireless is the close cousin of the Z6tv. The World Edition trades in mobile tv and a standard audio jack for overseas GSM roaming. The CDMA/GSM slider phones also features a memory card slot, stereo bluetooth, a physical key lock switch, QVGA display, a 2 megapixel camera and EVDO data. Around $229 with contract.

The Moto Q9 comes to CDMA

What we know:

A picture was leaked showing the new Motorola Q9 (called the Q9m) in CDMA format with the Verizon logo clearly showing. Motorola has not officially announced the phone so the specs are unknown. However it seems to be running Windows Mobile 6 Standard and shows off a new home screen with multimedia shortcuts. As my boy Bruce would say in excitement, “Yippy kiyay…”

Differences Between the RAZR2, Carrier to Carrier

Since every major carrier is getting a RAZR2 the good people at Gizmodo have broken down the differences between them. Yes, the technology and user interface on them will all differ.

CDMA- RAZR V9m, available on Sprint, Verizon, Alltel, US Cellular, and MetroPCS. Many differences here are on the “CLI,” the RAZR2’s haptic external touchscreen. Also, none of the CDMA versions have crystal speak, the tech that turns up volume of the earpiece when a bus rumbles by, while also noise cancelling the rumble in the microphone. (CDMA quality is better than GSM, and doesn’t need this, according to Motorola.)
