The new Convoy features a messaging service , a personal organizer, speakerphone, Bluetooth, and even a two megapixel camera. The phone supports Verizon’s PTT network, as well as the GPS along with the access to VZ Navigator.

After two months of the official introduction, Sprint at last goes ahead and launches their new Palm Pixi, their second webOS-based smartphone.

The new Pixi is more than an entry-level version as it features a smaller, 2.63-inches, 262k color, 320×400 pixel resolution display, a 2.0 megapixel camera with integrated LED flash, 8GB of internal memory and a full functional QWERTY keyboard. Other features include 3.5mm headphone jack for that music on the go, Bluetooth 2.1, EV-DO Rev A and the slight glitch is that it does not come with Wi-Fi, but then the fact that Sprint is selling the Palm Pixi for $100 with a 2-year contract is alluring.

Even though its a basic flip-phone in functionality, SE’s Equinox sports some eye-catching bling to carry itself to the limelight among the other well established ordinary clamshell models available in the market.
