Boost is finally moving their Pre-paid unlimited service from their CDMA to their iDEN system. The official launch date is Jan. 22, 2009. It will be a $50 flat rate fee with no taxes, convenience fees, roaming fees or long distance charges. Included will be unlimited calling, text, walkie-talkie, nationwide coverage (that’s over 15,000 cities), web, voicemail, long distance and free roaming. Now that’s a plan I can get down with. Rumor has it Boost will be releasing the Motorola Cabo and a Palm Treo style phone soon after the launch date. Watch out Metro PCS, there’s a new kid in town and he’s looking to kick some mobile ass!
